Chemically, yes, though this doesn't change that more food could be contaminated and the safest approach is a full inspection.

I don't know. But it's best to be safe, and if the drug causes such effects by being inhaled, then I don't see any reason not to assume the worst and suggest that, if it is on any food, eating that food could cause similar effects.

You don't know, nor do you know what the drug was inhaled from, so you are going to assume it was in the food, thereby potentially misinforming anyone who doesn't know what is happening and causing unnecessary panic.

I know very little about the situation at hand. However, the kitchen is where the outbreak took place, and thus, it has been sealed off. Without access to the kitchen, the greenhouse is a decent option for those who are hungry.

I haven't observed any unnecessary panic. Generally, I find barge residents become quickly inoculated to the insane and dangerous.

The wardens are not an organized force; we are not a union or a corporation or even a loose militia. I don't think it's fair to suggest that we are, given our wildly different circumstances. Although I have a suspicion that you don't care what I think, so making suggestions either way is irrelevant.
