[Here is an angel on the deck. He has an awful case of bedhead, of which he doesn't seem to have noticed he has yet. He also looks a little confused.]

How long have these changes been in effect?

My information regarding the seemingly sudden austereness of the Barge is limited at best, but I must express some concern there may be possibility the more dangerous inmates may find themselves at full strength at some point. In the event of this emergency, what other powers do we have among the wardens to restrain them, should they become as dangerous as they would be in their home universes?

You think he's going to strip the ship down and then flip all the safeties off? [ What a terrifying proposition-- especially since Bruce has a very voluntary power-dampening affect engaged. ]

I don't know. I don't think it will, but it works in ways I don't understand. It's best to at least have a plan of some sort in that event, though.

I'll keep that in mind.

the admiral is not himself, and I intend to find out who or what he is.

My concern is if something has overtaken the Admiral, it may be difficult to comprehend on our scale.

If he only cared about affecting inmates, then he wouldn't have taken areas both wardens and inmates use.

If the restrictions it is making are seemingly random, then giving inmates their strength back is an even more terrifying possibility.

Well... Aya did fall into a coma, and she's not even organic. I guess it makes sense- I just thought a being with your powers would be able to avoid it.

It's likely a supernatural or metaphysical event. That means that, at the appropriate scale, I could be affected.

If that were the cause beings that are invulnerable to supernatural energies wouldn't be subject to it. I wonder if there has been a case of one of them falling into a coma.
