Hello, this is Castiel.

I presume my vessel's change in gender is due to the flood, as a number of others seem to also experienced such changes. I would've figured more people would be more surprised, as gender seems to be an important element in one's identity.

Does anyone know when things will return to as they were?

I'll handle the bodily changes as long as I know I'm myself. [And given the level of scarring and general wear on Stildyne's face, there's no mistake of identity possible.]

Two to three days by my experience.

I have been before. And I likely will be again. In this case, I wouldn't mind so much. But there's always a sense afterwords, that you had lost something in the intervening time. This is more comfortable.

How are you taking it? I don't suppose it matters so much, to you.

I've taken a female vessel before. It matters little to me, as long as the vessel is capable of holding me. I'm more concerned for my--- for Jimmy. I don't imagine he'd enjoy such a change.

I suppose you're right, but that doesn't change that the experience would no doubt be unpleasant.

He's put more faith than I ever could have asked or ever deserved in me. I don't want to do him wrong. I don't mean to do him wrong. When these types of things happen, maybe he'd be happier not knowing.
